Memador commit to do it’s best to keep your privacy, however in order to support you we need to save the following information in our records:
a. Login information (name, e-mail and password).
b. Contact information (for orders delivery).

All available software here are copyright protected to Memador or to any related third party, should not be downloaded, installed and/or be used without approving this agreement first.
You are not allowed to copy the software, make any change to it or use it in any way that is not meant to, unless with the written approvment from the owners.

When uploading an image you declare you have all the rights for it or you have the approval from the image owner.

Memador will not be responsible to any image that was uploaded by one of it's users and all the rights of the image will belong to the rightful owner. Memador will not use any image without the approval of its owner.

Memador is not responsible to other websites/applications and/or content even being published or linked from it’s website/software.

Keep a copy of the files you are sending, remember: Memador will not be responsible to lost files or damaged caused by it.
Personal information sent to the website/application will not be transferred to any third party without the user approval, unless necessary as required by law.

Memador keep it’s right to use the information for personal messages and publication as far as it is not in conjunction of the written here and allowed by law.

Any user can ask to remove himself from Memeador’s database at any time in written notice, by doing so you are giving up of any services offered by us.
